    3. It would make sense that this unit was in Miss. in July, 1862 because Bragg had the Army of Tennessee retreat to Mississippi after the Battle of Shiloh in April. According to the (limited) history that I have this unit moved to Tupelo in July, 1862. It does not say where they moved from! From Tupelo they went to Chattanooga.
