My ggrandfather was John Kenny, b. 1831 in Limerick, Ireland. He came to America (NY) when he was 16 years and settled in Bolivar, TN. He married Sarah (Sallie) Wells. Their children were Mollie N. (m. W. A. Brentlinger 4/8/1875 and moved to Kansas), Emma Olivia (m. James M. Nichols 5/20/1885 and moved to Oklahoma), Kate May (died as a child), and Louis Allen, b. 7/25/1870 (m. Annie Elizabeth Carrington, daughter of Lucius Marion Carrington and Margaret Louisa Toone Carrington, on 6/7/1892). John Kenny died in 1900 and is buried in Union Cemetery in Bolivar, TN. At the time of his death, he was Postmaster of Bolivar. We know nothing about John Kenny's parents or siblings. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks, Martha Ann Kenny Bland Grand Junction, TN
