Can anyone fill in some of the missing information on these WILLIAMS Families? I just found this article in Tennessee Cousins; By Worth S. Ray and would like to collect more information on these folks. Record of three WILLIAMS Families in Carroll CO. The heads of these families were all from NC but It is not known if they were related to each other. The heads of these families were; 1. Rowland WILLIAMS m. Mary MILLS Rowland WILLIAMS birthdate is not known , but their sixth child was born April 1832 - E.W. WILLIAMS Rowland died in 1836 and Mary MILLS died in 1841 in Carroll CO. E.W. WILLIAMS married Miss EDWARDS a daughter of Nathaniel EDWARDS. They had nine children; Sarah A. , William A., John E., James N., Elizabeth Jane, Washington H. , Lorenza M., Ella Alpine, Rowland N. 2. B. ( Benjamin ?) T. WILLIAMS was born in NC in 1811 and Margaret LONGMIRE his wife in AL in 1805. They first settled in Madison county , and later in Carroll County where B.T. WILLIAMS die in 1870. They were the parents of Sanford N. WILLIAMS m. Fedonia ADAMS of Henderson county and they had two sons , Benjamin A. and Thomas N. WILLIAMS. Thomas WILLIAMS was born 1795 in NC .
