    3. Hi Again, Here is another line of mine in Hardeman Co. my Manley/Polk line. I would love to find the descendants of Laura Weston Polk (Manley) Taylor's daughters by Chatman Manley. Can only hope they are on the list searching for a descendant of William B. Manley (me). My Laura Weston POLK was the Dau. of William Wilson Polk and Elizabeth Dodd of Hardeman Co. TN. (looks like he was in Hardeman Co. in 1824 through 1827) !Immigrant Ancestor Arrivals search: 1750-1800 for Chatman/Chapman Manley results were negative - I have found out from a descendant of Laura Weston (Polk) Manley who married Abner Taylor after Chatman I thought had died, that Chatman in fact deserted Laura and she had to seek a divorce from the General Assembly of Tennessee, Abner Taylor and Laura married and he raised Chatmans 3 children as well a some of their own.
