I looking for info on this family which was found in 1880 Hardeman Co., 4th District; 1880 Census Place: District 4, Hardeman, Tennessee Source: FHL Film 1255260 National Archives Film T9-1260 Page 445D Relation Sex Marr Race Age Birthplace Henry ROSEMAN Self M M W 26 TN Occ: Teacher & Preacher Fa: TN Mo: TN Theodocia ROSEMAN Wife F M W 22 KY Occ: Keeping House Fa: KY Mo: KY Eugene ROSEMAN Son M S W 4M TN Fa: TN Mo: KY Alice DONALD Other F S W 16 TN Occ: Laborer Fa: TN Mo: TN This couple married in Crockett Co. in 1877. They had another son, Irby, that died at about the age of 8 months in 1879 and is buried in the family cemetry in Crockett Co.. Henry Rosamond was a Baptist minister and from 1900 census info the family appears to have moved to TX by late 1885. Can anyone tell where the fourth district was and what towns were in that district? Also, would anybody know of any records for any of the Baptist churchs in this area? Thanks for assistance!
