According to the probate records of Benjamin Shivers deceased Aug 1840 in Shelby County Tn, his Administrator and brother James Shivers paid at Bolivar on Dec 28 1842 $180.73 in full of an execution issued from the Chancery court at Somerville on a lien in favor of James Hundly against said Shivers & Israel Watkins at November term 1842.
