Mr. Mullins was of the Baptist faith and is retired from Army National Guard. Mr. Mullins is employed by U. P. S. as a truck driver, for over 30 years. Member of Burlington Lodge #763 F&AM, Knoxville Scottish Rite, and Kerbela Temple and Acacia Chapter O.E.S. Preceded in death by parents, Cleve and Irene Mullins and brother, Junior Mullins. Survivors: wife, Janice Mullins; son, Tommy Mullins; granddaughter, LeKasha Henderlight, all of Knoxville; sister, Wanda Mace of Sneedsville, Tenn.; niece, Laura Lee and husband, Joe Gibson of Morristown, and several great nieces and nephews. Masonic Service 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2002, at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel conducted by Burlington Lodge #763 F&AM. Followed by funeral service with Rev. Joe Gibson officiating. Family and friends will meet at Willis Cemetery in Sneedsville for a 2 p.m. graveside service Wednesday.
