Seeking info on the family of Mary Carpenter born Jan 1878. About 1897 she married John S. Williams and their son Elisha was born in 1898. After 1900 they had two more children Lydia and Nellie. Nellie died when she was only three months old. Mary died young. Her daughter Lydia probably lived with her Aunt Laura Mabe (wife of Bill Mabe) after her mother Mary died. She married Mr. Baker. Lydia had three sons who were placed in an orphans home when she died of tuberculosis so she must have died at a young age. Nothing is known about the first name of herhsuband or what happened to her husband. John Williams married second to Blanche--last name unknown. No further information is known on this marriage except that they did not have any children. Finally about 1920 John married Lida S.Brown, daughter of Richard and Frances (Grigsby) Brown.
