My most wanted for Hancock County is William Francis Parks, father of William Thomas and Ira F. Parks. He was born around 1850 and married/not married to Mary Jane Vicars. Can't really pin him down for sure after 1880. Once thought he was deceased by then as Mary Jane, William Thomas and Ira were all living in Scott Co., Virginia with Mary Jane's mother on that census. However, it seems that he was alive around the turn of the century as I've been given a picture of him taken with James M. Sizemore near that time.
