Can someone tell me how to locate documentation for a person who changed their name in the early 1900's, if they in fact did it legally? This person was born in Kentucky and moved to Tenn before 1918. I don't know if the name was changed in KY or TN, why or when. This is a secret the man took to his grave. Thank you, Renea
