I am searching for Robert Rutherford Coulter (born IL), my gg grandfather's brother. He operated a "General Store" in E. Chattanooga, TN. He would be 76 years old and his wife, Loucetta (born OH), would be 62. Their two sons, Fred and William (Billy) were born in CO and would be about 25 and 23 years old.
