I'm looking for anyone who is connected to the following 2 families ( they are not necessarily related) JAMES GOTHARD - Hamilton Co. in 1886(got the info from a will and the names may not be spelled correctly - these are my best guesses) Children: Mary Thismon; Larkin Gothard, Ira Gothard, John Gothard, Lewis Gothard, Arabel Olinger, Mahala Morgan, Margaret Rogers, Ibby Hoston, Nancy Dolinson, Elmira Shipley, Elizabeth Gothard. Grandson: Thomas Coleman No wife mentioned so I suspect she has already died. I'm particularly interested in Margaret. I'm looking for a Margaret Gothard who married a Samuel Davis in 1857 in Hamilton Co. I'm trying to connect Sam to my Davis family in that area. SAMUEL MARTIN (information from a will) in Hamilton Co., 1887 Wife - Elizabeth No children mentioned, but mentions grandsons: Samuel and Thomas Martin. Sister - Hannah Henry Also mentions Margret Gornan (?) I have a Martin line that wandered into Hamilton Co. for a short time and am wondering if this is them.
