Does anyone have access to the 1890 Veterans census for TN? Or is it online anywhere? I believe my William M. SHULTZ, TN is on it & maybe tht would tell me what side he was on in the Civil War. I know they were only supposed to collect the Union side names but I understand many collected all names that were in any wars on both sides. Thank You Susane
