Jim, John W. PARKER'S parents could very well be Elisha PARKER and Martha Patsey JAMES. There are family trees posted at ancestry.com for this Elisha PARKER. Below, is one. Elisha PARKER had land next to my George Washington SAWYERS in the 1830 census. http://pedigree.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/pedview.dll?ti=0&Ind=10832&File=1 237186 Hope this helps, Donna F. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jim & Donna Nix" <nixes@mail.bhm.bellsouth.net> To: <TNHAMILT-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, April 30, 2001 11:38 PM Subject: [TNHAMILT] Parkers - VA- TN - AL > I just today found out that one of my "brick walls" had a Chattanooga, TN origin.
