I grew up in Ellettsville & Beulah's daughter Minnie was in my grade & high school class & several years while in the Indiana Room at the Bloomington Public Library, Minnie's older sister (Delores?) came in trying to find some family history & as I had a lot more experience in doing genealogy, I told her I would try to help & through the years when I've seen her, have asked if she had found any new info. yet, & last time I seen her at her mother's funeral visitation at the House of Prayer, she had not. She said her mother was very secretive about her past the kids did not know practically anything about her or her husband's backgrounds, so I told Delores that when the kids went through Beulah's papers afterwards, that maybe they would find some info., but I haven't seen Delores since then, so I don't know if they did or not. Do you know? I know when I looked at the early census records, I could not find anything about Beulah's or her husband's families either, as most people are listed in the census records.
