Taylor b. July 1867 on the 1900 Washington Co., TN census? with son Samuel D. Taylor b. Oct 1898? I'm noting that both of Samuel G. Taylor's parents are said (on the 1900 census) to be born in Tennessee. On the 1880 for Carter, TN, there is a Samuel Taylor age 18 in the home of parents David (b. abt 1826) and Jane (b. abt 1831) Taylor, both born in Tennessee. David is a miner, Samuel is a teamster.
