He married Keziah Lane on 3 February 1809 in Greene County, TN. They had four children: Dutton Hood (B-27 Jan 1811), John Hood (B-1 Jan 1812), Margaret "Peggy" Hood (B-1813) and Rebecca Hood (B-1818). Any help would be appreciated, as we have hit a "brick wall" with this John Hood. There were apparently 2-3 men in Greene County, TN at the same time with this name.
