Sarah Duncan (daughter of Anthony?) in Greene County, TN May 15, 1798. John Smith, Jr. was dec'd in 1814 (killed in War of 1812?) and his children were bound out to Aaron Newman. The children mentioned in the court record were: Anthony Smith, Nancy Smith, Joseph Smith, Rebecca Smith, Honor Smith, and Cornelius Smith. Anthony Smith married Abigail Lackey in Greene Co., TN Jan. 19, 1820. Joseph Duncan, Security on the bond. Nancy Smith married Henry Lackey in Greene Co., TN Oct. 19, 1820
