Where did you get the 1816 will date? I am descended from Catherine Reynolds m. Samuel Milligan in Greene Co. in 1803. Her parents are said to be a Joseph Reynolds and wife Christeana supposedly from New Jersey. I have not yet attempted any research on my Reynolds line.
