    3. HHEEYYY!!!! Your daughter could use the cookbook as a fundraiser for the cemetery!!!!!!!!!! What a great opportunity!! and to make a before and after notebook for her class.... Do you know what the state laws are concerning cemeteries, in IL there are laws that if the cemetery is abandoned than some state or county organization provides maintenance, of course they are not going to offer unless someone asks. I would start with calling the town "city planner" I recently called 3 citys in MO concerning some local cemeteries and each city transferred me to the "city planner" to get cemetery info....
