James Weston's brother must have been Harvey Weston, who married Mary Ann Brown. A friend of mine who compiled some of the Brown family history wrote: "Harvey and Mary Brown Weston and their “married son, Jotham” are documented in the book “This Small Town-Osgood” (MO). The family migrated with the Christopher Cooper Jr. family in 1851 to Sullivan County, MO." Mary Ann Brown was the daughter of Mirey's brother Sylvanus, so she was Mirey's niece. Jim Slone
