I do Click family research and an Elijah Click married a Susan Ralston in Washington Co Tenn Ref: Washington Co. Tennessee Marriages 1780-1870 by Goldene Fillers Burgner Elijah Click--Susan Rolston--md. ___February 1833 by William Colyar, J.P. 9 February 1833 Any idea who Susan's parents were? I'm hoping to find them living among some family members of hers elsewhere. Elijah appears on the 1836 and 1837 tax list of Washington Co Tenn then disappears. We also have Ralston's witnessing deeds for some of our Click family as well. DEED BOOK #2 PG 304 ROLL #195 WASHINGTON CO. ROLSTON JOHN RHEA Be sure to research Washington Co. Tenn as well, as these families are famous for going back and forth between the two counties of Greene & Washington. A lot of our Click family also lived in Cocke County as well, but of course we've lost courthouse records prior to 1876 in Cocke county due to fire at the courthouse. If you should run across this Susan Ralston and Elijah Click I would be most greatful to gain any knowledge of their children and descendants if they have any. Thank you Carolyn Whitaker
