TN., died Greenfield,Craighead AR. buried Mt. Pisgah Cemetary. Father Andrew J Etter, born Virginia. I believe Franklin had a brother named George. Not sure, just speculation from records of marriage to Francis America Bible, don't know which marriage came first, it is all confusing to me. Don't know anything about Martha J.'s Family. I just now (after 3 years or so) found her in the Greene Co. Tennessee Website. In the 1860 Federal Census for Greene County, Tennessee on Rootsweb. It reads, "William Stanberry and his wife Margaret (Mary) Thompson, daughter of James Thompson of Pulaski Co. KY; William and his wife lived in Blount Co. TN and later in Deleware Co. IN. They had a son named William and a persumed son by the name of Thompson." This would explain why I never persued William and Margaret (Thompson) Stanberry as my ggg-grand parents. From what I do know ( information proved at least) John Wesley Stanberry (my gg-grandfather) b. 17 Jun 1837, d. 20 Nov 1903, lived most of his life in and around Greene Co.TN. He certainly married there, 1st to Miss Elizabeth Courtney on 6 Sep 1859 and then 2nd to Miss Mary Ann Trobaugh on 18 Jul 1869. He's buried in Wright's Cemetery next to his wife Mary Ann.
