TN. My great grandmother, Polly Mary Malone who m. Jesse Reynolds, was the daughter of John Malone who came to Greene Co. when he got a land grant for his war service. His family was in Carroll CO. VA, Fincastle Co. Va, Shenandoah VA, Frederick and Washington Co. MD. they moved to Standardsville, Orange Co. Va and in 1792 or earlier to Greene Co. TN. Try going to Usgenweb.org, then use the Archives Search Engine for TN and type in the name Maloney and see what you get. I have lots on the Malone line.
