Billy was in the Tennessee House of Representatives. He married before 1796 in Kentucky to his first wife. They had one son - my line - Jeremiah D. Kelly. Don't know anything about Billy's first wife. In Dec. 1796, Billy married Margaret Elizabeth "Peggy" Johnson/Johnston. Their children are Anthony, Samuel J, James A., Mary Ann, ELIZABETH, Mariah, Peggy, William. All I have in the data base is Elizabeth Kelly was born about 1800 in Green County and she married JOHN HOUSTON about 1820, Green County. I really think this is the same Elizabeth Kelly because she is the daughter of Billy and he died in December of 1819. I do have more information about the Kelly offsprings - they were a good bunch.
