Hi, I'm looking for Cavener, Cavender, Cavner, Cavenaugh, etc., and Armitage, McAmis, Brown, and McFerrin, McPheron. My ggggrandfather, Hugh M. Cavener (Cavenaugh), married Jane McPheron (McFerrin) on Jan 31, 1784 In Greene County, Tn (Then known as Washington County, NC). I have no idea where either one of them came from, or who their siblings or parents were.
