Tn. She was the daughter of James Payne and Louisa Fowler David and Mary Jane Had 13 children by my records.Calvin, Luther, Lenoard Harrison,Ida, Willis Conrad, Lewis, Archie,Edmond,Mittie, Worley, Roscoe,LLolyd and Ruben The other Payne in the Family is a Julia A. Payne b. 1 April 1860, in N.C. who married a Plesant Cutshall in 1876. I don't have any info on Julia's parents. They had 6 children. Harvey, Clark, Willian, Richard, Julius, Ella .
