Andrew Dobkins married Joanna (Johana) Woolsey in Greene County, TN in the late 1700s. He had land that bordered on Joanna's parents' land; and when Joanna's father died, that land passed to Andrew and Joanna. I am trying to establish for sure who was the father of Andrew Dobkins. I would appreciate hearing from any Woolseys who are connected to this family. Apparently, out of the several children Andrew & Joanna had, only one girl, Patsy married. She married an Arnold. One son, Thomas married also. Does anyone know who Thomas married and where he ended up? Some of Andrew's relatives moved to Texas and began to intermarry with the Woolsey family, who also went there from Tennessee. I have some information on that branch of the family also.
