I couldn't find Leroy on census, so looked up dau, Mary Cundiff, on SSDI she wasn't born until 1911. I don't have access to 1920 census for TN. So, I looked for Aikens in Greene Co, TN on the 1910. Index is only for head of household and I found one old enough to be father of your Leroy, he apparently went by "Roy". 1910 census Greene Co, TN: Aiken, Samuel M., hd, 42, wid, b TN, TN, SC " Roy S., son, 21, M(1) 3 yrs, b TN, TN, TN " Minnie, d-in-l, 20, M(1) 3 yrs, 2 ch, 2 lvg, b TN, TN, TN " Mamie, grd dau, 2, b TN " Samuel, grd son, 10/12, b TN I couldn't locate Samuel on 1900 census, but I have to match spelling exactly. I tried a couple of variations, but didn't work them all. I did find Rachel living with her married sister Nellie M., wife of John Patrick (and their young children). See sisters below. 1880 census Greene Co, TN: Category: Name; Relationship to head of household; Marital Status; Gender; Race; Age; Birthplace; Occupation; Father's Birthplace; Mother's Birthplace. If you have access to Sistler's 6 volume set of early TN marriages (prior to 1860). I know from researching my own Greene Co, TN families they include marriages from that county in their set. You then could order out the microfilm of those records from the Family History Library through your own local Family History Center. Happy Hunting (^_^)
