Does anyone have Samuel Davis in their family? He was married to Mary Armstrong in Greene Co. in 1817. She was the daughter of Alexander Armstrong and Margaret McCollum. Mary died in 1849. I don't know if Samuel remarried. Samuel and Mary had the following children: Margaret born 1820 John born 1822 Susan born 1823 Alexander born Jan. 1825. He was living with his uncle Andrew Armstrong in Bradley Co. in 1850. Jessie born Dec. 1825 Nancy born 1827 Martha born 1828
