You mention graves and wills, have you tried one of my favorite sources -- land records? The 1870 census shows Andrew owns land, see when he buys first piece of land. Check when final sale is made, if he died in Greene Co, TN land records will show all heirs signing off to give clear title to next buyer. Index will name only one person, then "et al" will come after that name, it means "and others". It also is a good source to pick up married names of female members of the family. On the 1840 census for Sullivan Co, TN, is there anyone old enough to be parent of Andrew? Again, check land records, does Andrew show up as an heir? If his parent died after he left the county, he might give power of attorney to someone locally to collect his share of the estate. Pwr-of-atty records are filed in land record books, too. Did Andrew buy or sell any land in Sullivan Co, TN? Watch for the witnesses to transactions, often wife's family will be included as witnesses to insure her welfare in transactions. Check Sistler's 6 volume set of early TN marriages, see if you find marriage for Andrew and Ellen. Not all counties are included, but most of them are in there. Happy Hunting (^_^)
