I have only confirmed that I think the actual taking of original records was illegal. Her original posting is not clear on the subject, only saying: "a researcher got (114 records) out of the old school in 97. Only she knows what happened. I am not interested in being prosecutorial or accusing anyone of anything, but I am interested in those who actually took records having a reason to return them, no questions asked.
