Dear Fellow Researchers, Why don't we all just calm down here. As I understand it through years of participation on this list that a lot of people went out there and photocopied the records. (at that time you were allowed to take the records someplace and have them photocopied). Once again I have NEVER been out there so I do NOT know the situation, but as I understand it at least one family group wnt out there and parked their RV st the Courthouse and spent three days photocopying records. Actually I thought it maybe it WAS some of the Roaches. I do remember that whoever the lady was she said that her husband suggested that it might be a good idea to "rescue" the documents (at least on a temporary basis, but they DID NOT remove the records. Of course, I am not sure it was Roach family members, but like I said said I don't think we should go off "half cocked" here.
