Connie, Tennessee, Grainger County, Marriage Bonds and Licenses, 1796-1837, Book No. 1, was compiled by Billie Wyrick Kennerly, not Edith Rucker Whitley. Mrs. Whitley did publish a lot of books on Tennessee records, but I do not believe that she published any Grainger County Marriage Records. If she did, I would like to have information on the book and would be grateful for the correction. Billie Wyrick Kennerly also published Tennessee, Grainger County, Marriage Bonds and Licenses, 1838-1866, Book No. 2. However, she died some years ago and I do not know if her heirs/estate still has copies for sale or not, whether they would allow this data to be put on the internet, nor how to contact them.
