Thank You Tina, I looked at ancestry but they don't have index for 1900 and some other critical ones like 1870...I hope they will index them all someday ANYWAY, Hamilton ROACH must have died before there were any death records for Grainger Co. TN. or TN period, so possibly between 1900-1910.....Julia Caroline MAYES-ROACH died 1917, so she could be alone on census or more likely living with a child ?
