Re: Sources I can't make the URL for Shiloh Cemetery where James G. and Martha McDaniel Mayes are buried work today. The Cemetery was transcribed by Sam Mayes a descendent of James G and Martha. It doesn't look like Sam has had much time to work on his web page for a very long time, but the cemtery URL still worked a couple of days ago. I do have a printout as you can see. (I just print everything out. The printer runs all the time around here. My John Kidwell file which I pulled yesterday includes a 55 page descendency report.<grin). I hope the cemetery transcription disappearance is just temporary or that Sam has moved it somewhere else. It was really neat and illustrative of the fact that internet can be a serious genealogy source. However, the worst problem is that links tend to vanish. You won't be able to make the genealogy.com URLS work either. I considered waiting before I posted the family groupd, but decided to go ahead. There was a message at GenForum that they would be down for routine maintenance today. Gail
