"Grainger County, Tennessee Apprenticeships 1797-1875" by Alan N. Miller II I noticed that this book was mentioned - does someone have it and would be willing to do a lookup for me? I am searching for apprenticeship record on Adam STROPES to Mr. THARP in about 1800. It may have just been a guardianship of an orphan, but I suspect it was an apprenticeship as Adam was 8. I do not know what happened to his other brothers and sister. Thank you Denise
