Ray - Just wondering if you have any information the Moore Family that lived in Lincoln Co. TN in the early to mid-1830s? Am particularly interested in a Jonathan Moore that had a daughter named Mary Amantha Moore. Jonathan Moore and family moved to Bibb County AL at some point, and Mary Amantha married George Washington Creel there. He died during the Civil War and Mary died shortly thereafter. Their three children, one of whom was my great-grandfather, were raised by the Grandfather Moore. These children later went to MS, and came to Texas from Tate Co. MS in about 1895. Just taking a shot in the dark that you might know something about this family.
