In "Early East Tennessee Marriages" by Byron Sistler and Associates book: Carter J. Dalton to Catherine Wolf 1-23-1854 Grainger County Delphia Dalton to Jacob Hipshire 3-19-1863 Grainger County Found nothing for Lidda Dalton. Marriages in this book for Grainger County cover 1796 to 1866.

If you have this book, I would really appareciate it if I could request a lookup. Could you please check and see what other Daltons, specifically, Jesse W Dalton and also Clarks might be in the book. Joseph Clark and William Clark and William R Clark. All of the above were in Claiborne County but know that many traveled to Grainger Co.for business. In fact, Jesse W. Dalton is on the tax list in Grainger Co., Would very much appreciate any help you can give me.
