I am also interested in the Noe's, Shelton's, Hamilton's, Hudson's, Holt's, Streets. All of these people are on the 1799 tax list of Granger County. My GGG Grandfather Joel Shelton married Elizabeth Phillips July 13, 1803, in Granger Co.daughter of Hezekiah Phillips. William Street was bondsman. Azariah Shelton married Sarah Holt in VA. & was in Hawkins & Granger Co. before Tennessee became a state. They had at least three sons that were doctors. David, Hezekiah, & Azariah.
