Dear Fellow researchers (and especially SHAR) Sam L., Regan and whoeveer on the list is descended from Nelson Roach. I was doing a lookup on the household of Julia Caroline and Hamilton Roach to see if I could get a little closer idea of their ages. When we last discussed this household somebody di a lookup for us. On the same page as Hamilton, James and John Roach I found the following entry. Mays, William Head born December 1852 47 married 27 years to Sarah C. ? (Should have gotten a larger print out <grin>) born May 1855 45 Alice J. daughter born June 1880 19 William N. Son born May 1885 15 Clyde A. Son born September 1887 12 Benjamin H. Son born June 1889 11 Pearl V. daughter born May 1894 6 I think this William is possibly or even probably (since he is living among the Roaches) Edward's son by his second marriage to Sarah Roach. This gives us a few more clues in case you still want to know what happened to "little" William. I guess he isn ow nearly middle aged William..my DH once asked why are you all calling him little William. (I think he thought that William would by now be William long deceased.) Gail
