Note: Isaiah Midkiff (Esquire) was the man who gave Security for the marriage bond of Richard SHELTON and Temperance Street. Although he was a member of the Court at various times - I find him involved in numerous lawsuits through the years. Reg'd 27 April 1799 Note by vat: This is the same tract of land that Isam Chisum sold to David on 6/10/1798. Notice that the registration dates are the same 4/27/1799.
