Not sure if this is going to help or add to the mystery but: There is a Clela Webber in the SSDI born 10 Jan 1902 and died Nov 1994. Knoxville last known address. Then there is Clela Webber age 17 listed in the 1920 Census in Grainger County as wife of John M Webber age 20-- Daughter Alura C Webber 3/12 in household as well. Household above has Elbert P Webber age 27 and Lula Webber age 29. (pge 157 sheet 1a) Elbert P and John M are sons of Joseph Anderson Webber. Joseph and wife Jane Mathis are found in Grainger County in 1900 and 1920-1930 Census. Joseph is the son of John Humphries Webber. I couldn't find a Clarence Webber in Grainger County in the 1930 census. The only Clarence I did find was the son of Bertie and Ethel Webber in Anderson County. Clarence was born around 1909 though. I tried the names William and Red without any success either. Then again I can't find Clela, John or Alura Webber either in the 1930 Census. Debbie Oneal The only thing I can find that comes close to Red is John M's brother Fred but he was born about 1908 and appears to be married to a Gertrude and daughter Frances.
