Dear fellow researchers (especially James and Stevvi) Does anyone know whether the loose wills were saved? I have located someone who I believe is descended from Baxter (Backster) Ivey (Ivy) and Nancy Western (Weston) Ivy and I am going to send him the WPA tanscription of Baxter's will which is all I have. I swear this is my very last question about the records. I have heard no mention of the loose wills being available for years from anyone who has been to either the schoolhouse OR the courthouse. I have checked the Tennessee archives site and the FHC and it looks to me as if the loose wills weren't filmed. I was hoping the original will would be available sometime, Anyway does anyone have any infroamtion on the loose wills. Gail
