Check the dates the census' were actually taken? I have come across a similar situation in a earlier census where the same person was in TN and in another state with a different family. Turns out there was about 3 weeks difference and she was out of state visiting and got counted again. Another time--the same person was counted in 2 separate households--his parents and his own. Who is the Joseph F. living in Morristown in 1910 with a daughter Lula? Frank Haisington is in Caddo County in the 1900 census. I did not check any further back, and I can find none of them in the 1920 census, except Harry Long who has married (wife Myrtle) and they appear to be living with a Johnson family. Another mystery.
