I need the parents of Phoebe (Fereby) HILL, B.17 June 1816 in Grainger Co. She married Robert (Robin) ADKINS (S/O Lewis Adkins and Elizabeth MONROE) on 21 FEb. 1838. She died 18 Jan 1897 in Grainger and is buried in the Adkins Cem. off Tater Rd. They had 11 children. 1. Joseph B 1840, D. aft. 1850 2. Elizabeth B. 1841, D. After 1850 3. Richard's will is referenced, which names all of his children. (I did not record Phebe's married name -- sorry about that, but this is not my line.) After Richard's death, his widow, Nancy, married my Andrew Bowers and had one child by him. If this is the same Phebe, Nancy appears too young to have been her mother.
