I am seeking information on a James Mills that married Naomi Churchman in either Jefferson County or Grainger County, TN. James died abt 1870 and owned a ferry on the Holston River somewhere near Joppa, TN. I do not know when Naomi passed away but I am looking for descendants of James & Naomi. James and Naomi were married 7-19-1819 in Jefferson City. James could have had a brother named John that married a Churchman lady also. Thanks!
