Hello Ray, I noticed that you are researching REECE. My GG grandfather, John Glasgow married Elizabeth REECE in Grainger County in 1818 and moved to Stewart Co., TN about 1835 where they both died leaving 4 children that was raised in Stewart Co by sisters of Elizabeth, Hannah Reece and Mary (Reece) Purvis. I was wondering if you have any information on the ancestors of John and/or Elizabeth. HI Neal, i'm told the REECE lines i have were in GRAINGER Co. and they settled in CLAIBORNE Co.TN. matter of fact the REECE family still own the land given them in a land grant. ok heres what little i have.
