People! People! Let's all take a deep breath....now, isn't that better? If everyone will just hold on for a little while longer, there may be hope yet for all those records. My husband's family still lives in Rutledge...his mom works at the drug store and the funeral home, his sister is vice-principle at one of the high schools, his brother builds houses...I could go on but you get the picture. They have all lived up there for generations and know just about everybody there-including the powers that be. I thought what I'd try is to get my mother-in-law on to this and see what she can do. She is good friends with a lot of the people at the courthouse, I know. Now, wheels grind kind of slowly up there, so it may take a few weeks but I'd bet that we can get something done about all of this!
