Decree for Sale The lands sought to be sold in this cause are the lands alloted at the March term 1883, of this court in the case of Ab Roach et al VS Nellie Arnett et al, the record in said cause,being offered in evidence by the parties to this cause and to which record referance is here made for discription of lots assigned to the heirs of Green Roach deceased out of the lands formerly assigned to Margaret Roach, his widow, as dower and are as follows: Lot , No. 1 Assigned to Sarah Mayes,(dec'd pre 1868) now owned by her children, William Mayes, a son and the interest of her daughter, Nancy Jane Hamerick, is now owned by Absolum Roach, 1/3 each, and the remaining 1/3 is owned by the children of her son Nelson Roach, deceased, as follows: Mollie Galyon, May Harmon, Etta Hanson and Nettie Satterfield each owning and undivided 1/6 interest; and the 1/6 interest of Wm H. Roach is owned by Absolom Roach, and the 1/6 interest of Abbie Morgan Now deceased is owned by her son Lon Morgan, said lot-containing 10-1/2 acres, (see Deposition of J.F. Roach, pages 203, and deeds filed as Exhibits C and D to said deposition) lot 2 assigned to heirs of Nellie Arnett, which Absolom already Owns 2/6 interest of, Lot No 5 assigned to Elizabeth Mallicoat(Dec'd)15-1/4 acres...she has two dec'd daughters , one is Rachel Griffin, who has kids Felix Griffin and Elizabeth Williams(Dec'd)so goees to her dau Gertie Williams other dau of Eliz Mallicoat is Eliza Farrer(dec'd) so her interest goes to Willie Farrer and Elizabeth Cooper and one other child which it doesn't mention on pages I have.
